What You Will Do

  • Working closely with employees and managers to improve work relationships, increase productivity and ensure effective communication
  • Support the global HR team as needed on HR initiatives that may include employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources functions.
  • Taking active part in creating and implementing global HR processes (Onboarding, Performance review, Internal communication, Talent acquisition, Comp&Ben, well-being, and more)
  • Analyze new trends in the industry and bring forward cutting-edge industry knowledge

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years as an HR Generalist - a must
  • Experience working in a global company - a must
  • Has a people-centric, “roll up your sleeves and get it done” work style
  • Experience and knowledge of HR Platforms (“Hibob,” “Greenhouse” preferred)
  • Team player with curiosity
  • Able to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
