What You Will Do 

  • Coach and manage the Global Sales Development Team Leads and Teams to exceed sales targets
  • On-going evaluation and iteration of outbound cadences and messaging to drive pipeline
  • Foster collaborative prospecting efforts between Sales Development Reps and Account Executives
  • Develop the SDR Team’s core skills and implement best practices including cold calling, efficient research methods, social selling, video creation and email messaging
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on MQLs and top of the funnel activities
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize processes and data hygiene
  • Facilitate career-pathing conversations and opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate and manage tech resources used by the SDR Teams
  • Provide leadership, inspiration, and motivation to the Sales Development individuals

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 7 years experience Sales Development and/or Sales Management
  • Experience managing teams that are prospecting into enterprise segment, with a target market of Financial Services
  • Experience managing extensive (20+ SDRs) global/ multi lingual teams
  • Proven success coaching Sales Development Reps across all outbound channels to exceed lead generation and opportunity creation quotas
  • Highly analytical mindset and experience leveraging data and sales metrics to influence strategy, activity and coaching opportunities 
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Knowledge: SaaS, B2B Technology, and Account Based Marketing experience
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce, and prospecting tools such as Salesloft and Zoominfo
  • BS/BA degree preferred
