What You Will Do 

• Training Material Development: Design, create, and update product training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, interactive modules, and certification exams
• Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for various audiences, including customers and partners
• Product Expertise and Continuous Learning: Maintain a deep understanding of the product’s features, benefits, and potential applications, and stay updated with product changes, updates, and enhancements to ensure that training materials reflect the current product offerings
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, marketing, product, and customer support teams to identify training needs and gaps and to ensure that the training aligns with the company’s goals and strategies
• Tools and Technology: Utilize and stay updated with the latest training tools, platforms, and methodologies to make the training engaging and effective

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field
• Experience in designing and delivering software product training
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in training software and tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A collaborative spirit and team-first mentality
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models
• Technical acumen - the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits and to adapt to changing products and technology
• Passion for training and enabling others
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience in a related industry or with similar products
• Knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar
• Strong intercultural competence in dealing with diverse audiences
