What You Will Do

  • HR:
    • Assisted the Global HR team with HR initiatives in various fields
    • Take an active part in creating and implementing Global HR processes 
    • Create professional materials together with CHRO for internal and external usage
    • Analyze new trends in the industry and bring forward cutting-edge industry knowledge
    • Responsible for implementing & maintaining a seamless employee on & offboarding experience 
    • Evaluate HRIS reports & provide meaningful insights and recommendations
    • Organizing and promoting well-being events, workshops & company activities

Learning & Development 

    • LMS (Docebo) Management:
      • Maintain and manage the Docebo LMS, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
      • Provide Docebo training and support to internal stakeholders
      • Research and implement new Docebo features and functionality to enhance the learning experience
    • Learning Content Development:
      • Aggregate needs of employees based on different processes of needs analysis and organizational KPIs
      • Manage the learning content lifecycle & curate content from different platforms and sources, internal and external

    • Learning Event Management:
      • Coordinate & manage logistics of virtual and in-person learning events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences

Additional responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management – Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs


What You Will Need

  • 1.5 years as an HR Specialist/coordinator - must
  • 1.5 years experience in L&D - must
  • High-level English – must
  • Experience with LMS, preferences for Docebo – must
  • Experience with HR systems (“Hibob,” “Greenhouse”) - preferable
  • Experience with crafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations - preferable
  • Has a people-centric, “roll up your sleeves and get it done” work style
  • Detail oriented 
  • Experience working in a Global company – preferable
