What You Will Do

  • Possessing a rapid comprehension of Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing Technologies, we establish ourselves as trusted advisors to our clients 
  • Demonstrate a swift mastery of Glassbox, articulating its use case and value proposition effectively to our clients 
  •  Employ a proven sales methodology that stimulates early-stage demand, laying the foundation for a robust pipeline 
  • Capable of assimilating new concepts, such as IT Security, to propel SaaS transactions towards successful closure 
  • Forge strategic relationships across multiple customer departments, securing sponsorship for Glassbox 
  •  A proven track record in managing expansive territories, securing large-scale agreements with enterprise-level customers 
  • Expertise in the complete development and management of enterprise-class sales cycles, culminating in successful deal closures 
  • Efficiently manage deal expectations internally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless deal closure

What You Will Need 

  • Engage with direct and indirect Enterprise opportunities to drive growth and business strategy 
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline, protect & grow the deal size, and shorten sales cycle time 
  • Research accounts to understand their needs to generate interest and create urgency
  • Establish executive relationships of targeted accounts and set the account strategy
  • Quantify and implicate the business pain to test the buy cycle strength and forecast accuracy 
  • Actively update Salesforce activities, close plans, and relationship mapping
  • Proactively maintain industry best practices to be a subject matter expert for customers
  • Being the focal and contact point for all internal and external interfaces
  • Serve as a Glassbox ambassador by attending tradeshows and conferences
