In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Glassbox speed. You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, tailoring, and successfully delivering our solutions to our users.

●      You have a business-centric mindset and result-driven approach and you can easily navigate the entire product spectrum - from strategic brainstorming with industry leaders to discussing technological approaches and implementation details with R&D teams

What You Will Do

●      Drive the product visionstrategy, and roadmap and act as the product’s leader within the company

●      Lead ongoing Product-Market-Fit cycles in an Enterprise environment - conduct ongoing qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to improve users’ engagement and market penetration

●      Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the product from inception to design, as well as Product positioning, GTM strategy, and sales enablement

●      Be a domain expert. Understand the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product

●      Be the voice of our customers. Act as the customer advocate, articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs

●      Runs beta and pilot programs and works and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer's expectations

●      Recommends or contributes information in setting product packaging and pricing

●      Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met

●      Be a significant leader in the Product team and report to Glassbox Head-of-Products

●      Lead Thought Leadership initiatives and drive proactive communications in direct and indirect channels


What You Will Need

●      Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building/shipping software products

●      High level of familiarity within one or more of the following domains: CX, DX, DEM, APM, RUM

●      Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise platforms

●      Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

●      Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams
