Glassbox is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM (Salesforce) and other sales technologies, you will build a strong, close relationship with our partners and users, and be their focal point of contact.

You will be the backbone of the Go-To-Market organization, providing daily support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and senior management, assisting in all Back-Office operations, including managing Lead-to-Cash activities.


* Create and manage reports and dashboards essential to the Salesforce users

* Ensure a high level of data accuracy within Salesforce (pipeline, bookings, record accuracy etc.), and supervise business policies across different departments

* Provide ongoing training and support on the different systems used by the sales organization (Salesforce and other sales tools)

* Accelerate performance and growth by providing salesforce users with insights on a proactive basis

* Implement back-end processes and collaborate with different stakeholders in the company


* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position in a high-tech global company.

* English fluent speaker - a must

* Experience working with Salesforce - a must

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* High energy and high motivation

* Creative thinking - ability to solve complex problems and think outside the box
