Glassbox is looking for a Regional VP of Sales to manage Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

What You Will Do 

  • Accountable for regional sales organization buildup, performance, and the profitability of the sales organization goals
  • Establish and align sales objectives with a firm business strategy through building and executing regional strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, and sales resource planning
  • Responsible for effective regional sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
  • Generate and support lead generation activities to further grow the business within the territory and outside of it
  • Establish local offices in the region, building and mentoring the teams for growth and success
  • Manage regional customers expectations, which will result in a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Setting infrastructure in place for the growth of a sales team locally

      

Requirements

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ Years of experience selling SaaS products to major enterprises (Finance, Retail, Telco, Travel, Hospitality, etc.) on all levels of the organization
  • Experience and motivation to be in player/ coach roles
  • Hunter mentality, eager to overachieve goals and set new standards
  • Extensive strategic negotiation skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the capability to take initiative and execute it
  • Excellent project management skills; passionate to collaborate with others, seeing deals through the entire sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and adaptive work environments
  • Tech-savvy with a good business acumen
