About The Position

Glassbox is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering, APAC & EMEA to join our Global Sales Department in the RoW region.

We are Glassbox, a world leader in digital experience analytics, on a mission to deliver frictionless digital journeys to brands and their customers all over the world.  

We are a hyper-growth scale-up that has most recently acquired a strong player in the CX field- SessionCam and just IPO’d in June!

What You Will Do 

  • Lead the Global APAC and EMEA Solutions Engineering (Presales) team and manage a worldwide team of Solution Engineers based in Israel, the UK and APAC
  • Set the organization vision and goals for the APAC & EMEA Solutions Engineering team ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product and other key functions
  • Build and execute programs to upskill the Solutions Engineering team to scale and service the business in the most appropriate way
  • Mentor the team and be involved in presenting the Glassbox solution and compelling demos, remotely and onsite to different stakeholders (including C-level executives)
  • End-to-end responsibility for the team managing proofs-of-concept and handling day to day technical clarifications and communication with prospective customers in APAC and EMEA
  • In our dynamic start-up environment, you will be required to work closely with Sales, R&D, Product, Business Analysts, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams
  • Working days: Monday-Friday


Requirements

What You Will Need

  • Experience of at least 2 years as a Global team leader of Sales Engineers / Solution Managers / Presales / Customer-facing Professional Services in a B2B SaaS company
  • You are a tech-savvy customer-facing person who is self-driven, agile, and motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues in a matrix and direct management environment throughout the presale cycle
  • Outstanding English communications and presentation skills
  • Passionate about technical sales and working with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple customers, opportunities & POCs concurrently


An advantage

  • Knowledge or experience working with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of website frameworks, components, and concepts
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics or fundamental knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe, Google, etc.
  • Experience with or understanding mobile apps
