Implementation Project Manager

Glassbox is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our Global PMO team

What You Will Do 

  • Work with the customer(s) as well as internal stakeholders to clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points as they relate to solution implementation
  • Create a project plan for each client’s implementation, take accountability for its success, and coordinate with both internal and external partners along the way
  • Document new and existing processes to help standardize project plans, required tasks, and external communications
  • Anticipate and proactively prevent errors and gaps in the road to a project’s success
  • Schedule client calls, prepare presentations and lead calls
  • Send weekly status updates to clients to keep them apprised of the next steps and outstanding items
  • Help build out the PMO Global Operations

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a technical project management role from a B2B, a hi-tech company
  • Proven experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation, involving internal stakeholders and third-party contractors
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC, data migration, Waterfall and Agile, system integrations, and testing)
  • Ability to identify resource requirements and manage team schedules across multiple projects in different phases of execution
  • Experience in developing risk mitigation plans
  • The flexible and adaptive mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Understanding of the relationship of the project(s) to the overall program

An Advantage

  • Prior experience in consulting and/or in SAAS business 
  • Experience with PMO tools such as, Wrike, Asana, etc.
  • Experience managing remote/global projects
  • PMP Certification or similar 
  • Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
