Yaron Morgenstern has been the Chief Executive Officer at Glassbox Ltd since October 2015.
Yaron served as General Manager of Financial Markets Compliance at NICE Systems. He led both the NICE Trading Floors & NICE Actimize Capital Markets Compliance groups, and was responsible for the execution of the unique Holistic Surveillance vision that combines trade and communication surveillance capabilities. Yaron oversaw product creation, solution delivery, go-to-market planning, and client relationship management activities across NICE compliance solutions. He was responsible for growing market-leading positions and ensuring continuous innovation, decision making, and agility to meet the needs of financial firms around the world.
Prior to that, Yaron held the positions of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Operations at NICE Systems. Before joining NICE Systems, he served as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Amdocs.
Yaron holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Chief Executive Officer
Yaron Gueta brings over a decade of research and development experience to Glassbox.
Prior to co-founding the company, Yaron was a research and development manager at Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he led development of the Real User Monitor product line from initial design to multi-million-dollar annual sales. Before this, Yaron played a leading role in the research and development teams of successful start-ups Pixel Technologies and Cellular Magic.
Chief Technology Officer
Before co-founding Glassbox, Hanan Blumstein chalked up over 15 years’ high-tech experience, with successful start-ups and publicly-traded corporations.
Previously, Hanan was Research and Development Manager and Functional Architect for Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he was responsible for development of the HP SOA solution and other patent-pending innovations, as well as leading development of the company’s End User Management application. Earlier in his career, Hanan held key roles in product development for ECtel/Neteye, Amdocs, and Motorola.
Hanan has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar Ilan University.
Chief Business Officer
Yoav Schreiber has almost 15 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry—from start-ups to publicly-traded companies.
Before co-founding Glassbox, Yoav led Development and Product groups at Mercury and then at Hewlett-Packard (HP). He holds a Master’s degree in Business and
Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Chief Operations Officer & Business Development
Gabriela (Gaby) Koren joined Glassbox early 2019 as General Manager of the Americas business, bringing over 20 years of leadership in enterprise sales, business development and alliances management experience in North America, South America and Asia Pacific. She was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in 2022.
Prior to joining Glassbox, Mrs. Koren served as VP Americas at Twiggle, a leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence in e-commerce search. Mrs. Koren also held various executive sales positions at Panaya (an Infosys company), Radvision (an AVAYA company), and NICE Systems, where she led sales teams to exponential growth and solidified the organization’s position as leaders in their respective space and markets.
Mrs. Koren brings with her vast experience leading organizations in various Go-To-Market methodologies, introduction of new solutions into several markets, geographies and segments and supporting teams to achieve scale and growth.
Mrs. Koren holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the Tel-Aviv College of Management and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Asim Zaheer recently joined Glassbox as Chief Marketing Officer.
Asim brings over 20 years of experience working at large enterprises and early-stage start-ups in the technology sector. Asim held CMO and SVP roles during ten years at Hitachi, Ltd., helping lead a multibillion-dollar portfolio of data infrastructure, analytics, cloud, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for Hitachi Vantara and Hitachi Data Systems. Earlier in his career, Asim attained extensive start-up experience in marketing leadership roles with software companies Archivas and Storability, both resulting in acquisitions. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including Harvard Business Review and The Economist.
Asim holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in marketing from the University of Connecticut.
Chief Marketing Officer
Kobi Carlebach brings more than 15 years of financial and management experience to Glassbox. Prior to joining Glassbox, Kobi served as CFO of harmon.ie, a provider of user experience tools for the Digital Workplace. Kobi also served as CFO of
Voyager Labs, a provider of big data analytics in social networks and VP Business Control and Operations at Perion (formerly Conduit, Nasdaq: PERI), a leading Israeli Internet company. Before that, Kobi worked at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), in various corporate and divisional roles. Prior to that, Kobi worked as an Audit Manager at PwC.Mr. Carlebach holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA in Financing-Accounting and Technology Information Systems, both with high honors from Tel Aviv University. He is also a certified public accountant.
Chief Financial Officer
Eyal joined Glassbox in 2017. He brings vast experience in managing sales and delivery of consulting engagements and software implementation projects to enterprises from a wide array of verticals, globally.
Eyal is leading Glassbox Customer organization that includes Customer Success, Training, Support, Business Insight, Professional Services, and PMO.
Specializing in building Professional Services organizations from the ground up, Eyal is an expert when it comes to creating and implementing procedures and methodologies, shaping organic delivery teams and forming relations with partners, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Glassbox, Eyal was Director of Professional Services at NICE where he managed a team of engineers and project managers delivering real time automation projects to large Tier 1 enterprises in the Americas.
Prior to NICE, Eyal founded and built the eGlue USA delivery team to a multi-million organization.
Eyal received his Executive Masters in Technology Management from Wharton and The School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
Eyal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from City College of NY.
Senior Vice President, Customer Success
Hila joined Glassbox at the beginning of 2018.
She brings over 17 years of experience in various Human Resources roles, both in large organizations such as HP Mercury, Nokia Siemens Networks and in start-ups. She has consistently demonstrated her passion for working with people and helping them grow. In her last role as Global HR Director at NextNine, Hila established the global HR department from the ground up and managed it for 4 years, defining the management and development strategy of the company’s human capital (organizational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee recruitment and retention, etc.). She was also instrumental in defining the company’s identity and values in line with the business strategy,
Hila holds an MBA from Ono Academic College.
Global Vice President, HR
Paul brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience from day-1 startups, to mid-sized companies, to large global enterprises. He has a successful track record of designing and executing go-to-market strategies to help organizations grow and scale internationally.
Paul joined Glassbox through its acquisition of SessionCam in 2020. He was a co-founder of SessionCam and was responsible for leading all commercial activity, including top global clients like SuperDry, Asics and Samsonite.
Paul was also there from day 1 at ServiceTick until it was acquired by Davies Group. There, Paul led the sales and account teams, and built the largest customer engagement program in Europe for Lloyds Banking Group, who remain a client of ServiceTick today.
Earlier in his career, Paul led the online business at Moneyfacts through a period of transformation to become the largest independent financial comparison engine in the UK, and Norwich Union, where he held several senior sales, marketing and M&A roles.
