Platform Product Manager

Glassbox is looking for a Platform Product Manager to join our Global Product team.

What You Will Do 

As a member of the product team, you will:

  • Work alongside engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure the foundational platform is well-maintained and always moving on 
  • you will also play a critical role in customer relationships, managing the company feature request community and having a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of the product 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the organization such as LoB managers,  to support, improve, renew and innovate
  • Be a focal point of knowledge and communication between the product and R&D teams such as Infra teams, Data teams, UX& UI to ensure product & Dev. process flow
  • Focus on easy-of-use to improve the user experience
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities and translating them into MVPs for faster, more accurate product execution
  • The role consists of identification and definition of functionality from conception to delivery, by fully understanding customer requirements, ‘connecting the dots’, and creating working plans and priorities for the development team


  • Lead product initiatives from concept phase, to writing detailed specs and working with dev on execution
  • Drive adoption to the released features by working closely with Client Success teams and train them on the value and technical details 
  • Collect feedback from clients, CS and sales and innovate - come up with great ideas to solve clients pains and drive growth

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of SAAS Product Management experience
  • Ability to understand technical designs and discuss architectural concepts
  • Good understanding of user experience and user interface concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in translating complex business needs into technical and strategic solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team across different time zones
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Knowledge in CX/DX, Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Sentiment Analysis, etc. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Prior experience building large scale applications preferred
  • Technical background or experience with web technologies  
  • Experience with data and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or MixPanel
