What You Will Do 

• Lead a team of strong developers working in Scrum using the latest Java and JS technologies including Angular, Java, node.js, and more while building, testing, and deploying their code to production
• Own the full lifecycle of the features and sprints - Planning, Designing, implementing, and innovating features as well as new services using cutting-edge technologies
• Pushing your team forward & constantly promoting their personal development
• Work closely with the product, architects, DevOps, and guild leaders
• Define & implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance & scalability of our products
• Lead by example – roll up your sleeves, design and write excellent code to solve complicated tasks
• Empower the team to own and be accountable for their deliveries
• Responsible to help the PO to be effective in an agile environment

What You Will Need

• 3+ Years of experience as a team leader in an agile environment (5+ People)
• Experience in managing people in offshore/hybrid structure
• Experience with designing and building large-scale web applications
• 5+ Years of experience in Java/Spark development
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive people
• Extensive experience working with scrum methodology
• Ability to design and develop complex components independently, dealing with advanced architectural issues
• A people-oriented leader with strong soft skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and great execution skills who is capable of managing complex projects
• Fluent English
