What You Will Do
- Design and Develop Glassbox product training for customers
- Develop and Deliver product training in various modalities - On-demand eLearning, Webinars, ILT Workshops, etc.
- Train to onboard new Glassbox users
What You Will Need
- 1-3 years experience developing training materials and expertise in learning tools and platforms – Must
- Experience in PowerPoint and Google Docs – Must
- Fluent in English - Must
- Strong Presentation skills, and the ability to deliver training in front of large audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver within a complex environment
- "Can-do" approach, a team player, and Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the motivation to inspire both our clients and your teammates
- Experience in Camtasia, Vimeo
- Experience in Monday.com
- Experience with Docebo LMS system
