Glassbox is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to build and own the global enablement function across the entire go-to-market organization. This role is responsible for establishing the foundations of how Glassbox sells, demonstrates, positions, and delivers value—across Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch leadership role. You will define the GTM enablement strategy while personally creating and delivering programs, content, and training. You will work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, and CS leadership to ensure tight alignment between product capabilities, messaging, sales processes, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Global GTM Enablement Strategy: Establish, own, and execute the global Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement charter for Sales and Sales Engineers (SEs), defining frameworks, standards, and success metrics across the customer lifecycle.
- Product & Value Enablement: Translate the platform into clear, outcome-driven GTM narratives. Partner with Product and Product Marketing on launches, roadmap education, and competitive positioning, enabling teams to articulate value by persona, industry, and use case.
- Sales & SE Education: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs (including product depth, demos, discovery, and objection handling) to enable technical and value-based selling.
- Sales Process & Methodology: Ensure consistent execution of the sales process across all regions and segments, partnering with Sales Leadership and RevOps on pipeline, deal execution, and forecasting discipline. Equip managers with necessary coaching tools.
- Content & Playbooks: Build, maintain, and continuously improve GTM playbooks, demo frameworks, pitch decks, talk tracks, and battlecards, ensuring high-quality assets across the full sales cycle based on field feedback.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Impact: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, SE, CS, and RevOps. Define and track enablement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) suchates as ramp time, win rates, and deal progression, using data to optimize enablement programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, or Revenue roles
- Proven experience building GTM or sales enablement from the ground up
- Strong understanding of complex B2B SaaS sales cycles and technical/value-based selling
- Ability to deeply understand and translate a sophisticated product like Glassbox into cear customer value
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience enabling Sales, SEs, and CS teams in a global environment
