About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team in Isreal, as a Office Manager & PO. This multifaceted role will be the heart of our Israel office, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. 
You will play a crucial role in supporting our growing team and maintaining our vibrant company culture. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within the HR function at Glassbox, with potential for increased responsibility and specialization as the company expands.

Responsibilities:


Office Management:
Oversee all aspects of office operations, including vendor management, building administration, contract renewals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, managing supplies, equipment, and cleaning services.
Handle reception duties, including welcoming guests and managing deliveries.
Manage the Israeli office credit card and assist with finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices, expense management, and cheque deposits.

Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR - related queries, vacation tracking, and other administrative needs.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle.

Wellbeing Initiatives:
Plan and execute a variety of office events and activities, including weekly happy hours, seasonal celebrations, and team-building activities.
Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics.
Support global wellbeing initiatives, such as Pride, International Women's Day, and other global events.
Manage employee gifting platform (buyme).

Assistant to the CEO

Travel Management:
Manage travel arrangements for IL employees, including flights and hotel bookings.
Oversee travel approvals, invoice processing, and expense reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related queries.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office management/ operations.
1+ year of experience in PA.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing travel arrangements is a plus.
