About the role
We are seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the vital architect connecting our People, Processes, and Systems. As a seasoned professional and right-hand partner, you understand that scaling a company requires more than just tools, it requires creating true synergy across the GTM division. You recognize that a successful strategy is built upon a foundation of critical, high-flow processes and seamless integrations between functions that prioritize long-term impact over immediate noise.
You are a data-driven storyteller with the unique ability to translate complex, multi-layered operational workflows into the high-level insights that drive executive decision-making. Your mission is to cultivate an environment where data hygiene is the standard and every GTM motion is engineered for predictable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs focused on Quote-to-Cash excellence, system governance, and operational scalability.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end Design and implementing seamless GTM handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Customer Success.
- Track and analyze complex business and operational KPIs to support high-level strategic planning and forecasting with Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
- Partner with CRM and Business Applications teams to execute sophisticated system improvements and ensure data consistency across the stack.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge hub/playbooks and lead ongoing enablement for SFDC processes to increase sales professionalism.
- Identify deep-seated inefficiencies in revenue workflows and drive the feedback cycles necessary to solve them.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or BizOps, specifically within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- A mastery of Quote-to-Cash, lead-to-renewal, and complex GTM motion workflows.
- Exceptional project management skills with the seasoned ability to influence without authority across executive-level stakeholders.
- Expert-level understanding of CRM systems (SFDC) and the ability to translate messy business needs into clean technical requirements and documentation.
- Experience building systems and data architecture specifically designed to support scalable growth.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Fluent English — written and verbal
- Team-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven
- Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven processes (e.g., AI agents, intelligent workflows, process automation) – an advantage.
