The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, highly technical, and strategic Director of Product to spearhead our Financial Services product offerings and build out our digital banking partnership ecosystem. In this high-impact Individual Contributor role, you will be the driving force behind integrating Glassbox’s digital experience analytics into third-party digital banking solutions (such as Meridian Link, Lumin, Mahalo, Candescent, and others). By copying successful embedded analytics playbooks, you will create seamless, value-add solutions for financial institutions. What will you do?

  • As a Product leader at Glassbox, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of our award-winning digital experience analytics platform, specifically tailored for financial institutions.
  • Spearhead our digital banking partnership strategy, building and executing a playbook to embed Glassbox analytics into leading platforms.
  • Act as the ultimate translator between deep technical execution and high-level business strategy, leveraging your background in complex integrations and solution architecture.
  • This role will be critical in setting the strategy and driving successful implementation and go-to-market.
  • You will collaborate closely with customers, including top-tier global enterprises, to understand their needs and translate them into powerful product solutions.
  • You will work cross-functionally in an agile environment, and partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • You will also represent the product vision externally, delivering roadmap sessions to customers, C-level executives, and large audiences at roadshows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Ensure product development delivers greater privacy and control over their data to our enterprise clients within the highly regulated financial sector.

What will you need?

  • Proven Product Management Experience: 10+ years in product management, including leadership roles with ownership of strategy and roadmaps.
  • Financial & Partnership Expertise: Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments and working with top-tier global clients in regulated industries such as banking and insurance. Proven track record of evaluating, building, and managing technical partnerships with digital banking platforms.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineers and understand platform complexities, particularly regarding APIs, data ecosystems, and complex integrations.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for building intuitive, user-focused products that delight customers.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; confident in presenting complex ideas clearly to clients, executives, and internal teams. Ability to deliver product roadmap sessions and represent the product vision to C-level audiences, customer stakeholders, and large public forums.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive product direction and measure success.
  • Results Orientation: A strong sense of ownership and accountability with a history of successfully launching impactful products.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with product analytics solutions and user experience design principles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • (An MBA is a plus.)
