Glassbox is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team.

Glassbox is a world leader in digital experience analytics that continues to strengthen its position in the market, most recently by acquiring a strong player in the CX field- SessionCam

What you'll be doing

  • Drive North American pipeline through lead qualification and strategic outbound engagement
  • Plan and execute strategic Account campaigns, identify key players and generate opportunities
  • Uncover prospect needs and deliver value proposition
  • Qualify opportunities and collaborate with Sales to closure
  • Own top-of-funnel enterprise engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing for joint go-to-market strategy
  • Lead sales presentations
  • Demonstrate social selling to establish thought leadership and magnify solution recognition


  • 2+ years relevant experience in a B2B sales role in tech 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with online database search tools and CRM platforms and (e.g Discover.Org, SalesLoft, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented
  • Effective at building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptive in evolving business landscape and fast paced environment
  • True team player
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
