The Partner Enablement Manager will develop a trusted advisor relationship with Glassbox’s global partners and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product management, partner marketing, and training to define the Glassbox partner enablement content, communications, processes, workflows, and best practices with partners.


What You Will Do 

• Partner closely with Glassbox Product Training, Partner Marketing and Professional Services teams to build effective partner onboarding, sales, and technical training programs

• Ensure that the partners are trained, certified, and accredited on Glassbox solutions and use cases

• Keep key partner champions up to date on Glassbox solutions to ensure their teams understand the technology and enable them to position and promote the joint solutions to end customers

• Understand the competitive landscape and equip partners to differentiate Glassbox from competitive solutions

• Manage the partner certifications and ensure they comply with the partner program requirements

• Construct partner enablement plans both with channel partners and alliances

• Proactively engage partners on a regular basis to ensure they’re gaining business value from the partnership

• Assist in developing partner sales and technical playbooks, collaborating with Glassbox sales enablement, partner marketing, and training teams


What You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Partner or Sales Enablement for global high-tech B2B organizations

• Experience creating and implementing successful sales process/methodology/sales playbook initiatives

• Experience building effective field sales on-boarding and sales training programs

• Ability to create and track metrics that demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity

• BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred
