Glassbox is looking for a Director of Mid Market Account Management to join our Global Mid Market team

What You Will Do?

  • Lead the Mid-Market Account Management team on a strategic and tactical level to support our existing customers
  • End to end responsibility for customer growth; including contract renewal and developing and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Lead a migration program to move existing customers from the SessionCam brand to Glassbox
  • Full involvement of handing over of accounts from and to the Enterprise group


Requirements

What you will need?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ Years of experience selling SaaS products to existing major customers on all levels of the organization
  • Experience and motivation to be leading a strategic team in the organization
  • Proactive mentality, eager to overachieve goals and set new standards
  • Extensive strategic negotiation skills
  • Great communication skill
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the capability to take initiative and execute it
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and adaptive work environments
  • Tech-savvy with a good business acumen
