Glassbox is looking for a Business Insights Manager to join our Global Business Insights team.

If you have the ability to analyze highly detailed qualitative and quantitative data generated by the Glassbox platform and deliver actionable insights to Glassbox customers, then we want to hear from you.


What You Will Do 

● Identify, quantify, and resolve sources of friction in the customer journey

● Diagnose customer experience issues from digital properties (web and native mobile)

● Conduct research, perform analysis, document and communicate findings, and deliver value to Glassbox customers

● Become an expert on the Glassbox platform and develop a consultative relationship with each assigned customer

● Partner with your customers and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Glassbox to deliver maximum business value

● Identify and document value-based use cases to support the sales and marketing organization

● Work in customer-centric teams to drive adoption and enablement activities across your customers to expand opportunities at existing customer organizations

Requirements

What You Will Need

● 3-5 years of related experience, ideally in customer experience analytics

● Excellent analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

● Experience with Digital Experience Analytics tools such as Acoustic (Tealeaf), Quantum Metric, and Contentsquare (Clicktale)

● Advanced experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

● A mastery of eCommerce, digital analytics, web development technologies, and best practices for UX/UI

An advantage

● Web front-end development and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

● Data extraction and manipulation experience with familiarity in tools such as Clickhouse, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Cassandra DB, and JavaScript
