The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive, and tech-savvy, who enjoys working in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment. This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Legal Operations.

What You Will Do 

●     Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal guides, training, and processes

●     Maintain accurate, up-to-date processes and procedure documentation

●     Assist with legal and cross-functional projects as they arise

●     Optimize operational effectiveness through identifying productivity opportunities

●     Assist with implementing supporting programs, processes, and tools to improve workflows

●     Administrate the company’s contract management database, archiving contracts, and tracking active agreements

●     Operate, maintain, and implement systems and processes that support various contract requests

●     Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and amendments

●     Monitor agreements throughout the contract life cycle for milestones, approvals, expirations, etc.

●     Identify potential administrative inefficiencies and brainstorm courses of action that promote the company’s interests while also meeting legal and contractual requirements


What You Will Need

     2-5 years of relevant experience preferably in a start-up or other rapid-growth phase company

●     A bachelor’s degree or higher

●     Experience managing document databases

●     Excellent analytical capabilities and detail-orientation

●     A proactive approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues, and developing solutions

●     Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines in a very fast-paced environment

●     Ability to embrace and adapt to frequent change and face new challenges

●     Strong communication skills both verbally and written

●     In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

An advantage

●     Experience with contract management or database platforms

●     Knowledge of contract structure and ability to identify specific provisions contained within contracts

●     Experience implementing and managing legal technology solutions, including change management
