As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of digital campaigns. You will work closely with key stakeholders from Marketing and Sales to develop programs that drive Glassbox awareness and demand globally.

The Digital Campaign Manager will own all aspects of our email marketing, paid search, social, and media programs, starting with planning all the way through measurement and optimization.


What You Will Do 

  • Define digital campaigns that include audience acquisition plan and targeted campaign metrics
  • Partner with Content Marketing on messaging and offers that drive digital engagement and demand with the targeted audience
  • Create integrated omnichannel campaigns designed to optimize and drive overall leads/pipeline targets
  • Execute campaigns including paid social, search, and media programs, content syndication, and lead generation programs
  • Own the outbound email marketing and nurture programs, including A/B testing 
  • Lead the digital experience, landing page, and conversion optimization for campaigns as well as organic social integration for designated campaigns
  • Support Sales Development organization with enablement and lead development materials to maximize the ROI on digital programs
  • Track, measure, and report on the program performance against agreed-upon KPIs (email metrics, responses, etc.) and proactively provide optimization recommendations

Requirements

What You Will Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or campaign manager role in a B2B technology company
  • Demonstrable expertise in the global digital media landscape, from search to social to display and lead generation programs, including the KPIs and best practices for each 
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Proven experience in measuring the performance of digital marketing activities and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create professional marketing communications independently
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, departments, and regions
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, marketing automation, and CRM
