Glassbox is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Global Sales team.

What You Will Do 

  • Present the Glassbox solution and compelling demos, remotely and onsite to different stakeholders (including C-level executives)
  • Manage end-to-end proofs-of-concept and handle day to day technical clarifications and communication with prospective customers and existing customers
  • Be the customer’s technical focal point
  • In our dynamic start-up environment, you will be required to work closely with R&D, Product, Business Analysts, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams


Requirements

What You Will Need

  • You are a tech-savvy customer-facing person who is self-driven, agile, and motivated
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Manager / Presale / Customer-facing Professional Services in a B2B SaaS company
  • Knowledge or experience working with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of website frameworks, components, and concepts
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics or fundamental knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe, Google, etc.
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills
  • Passionate about technical sales and working with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple customers, opportunities & POCs concurrently
  • From time to time, travel will be required (up to 25%)
