About The Position

Glassbox is looking for a Pre-Sale Engineer APAC & EMEA to join our Global Solutions Engineering team.

We are Glassbox, a world leader in digital experience analytics, on a mission to deliver frictionless digital journeys to brands and their customers all over the world. 

We are a hyper-growth scale-up that has most recently acquired a strong player in the CX field- SessionCam and just IPO’d in June!

Will you join us in this journey?

 

What You Will Do 

  • Present the Glassbox solution, present compelling demos, remotely and onsite to different stakeholders (including C-level executives)
  • Manage end-to-end proofs-of-concept and handle day to day technical clarifications and communication with prospective customers
  • Be the customer’s technical focal point throughout the sales process
  • In our dynamic start-up environment, you will be required to work closely with R&D, Product, Business Analysts, Support, and Professional Services teams
  • Working days – Monday to Friday


Requirements

What You Will Need

  • You are a tech-savvy customer-facing person who is self-driven, agile, and motivated
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Manager / Presale in a B2B SaaS company
  • Knowledge or experience working with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of website frameworks, components, and concepts
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics or fundamental knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe, Google, etc.
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills
  • Passionate about technical sales and working with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple opportunities & POCs concurrently
  • In the future, travel will be required (up to 25%)
