Glassbox is once more featured in one of Gartner’s reports, this time in the 2019 Vendor Guide for Customer Service Technology. The Customer Service market is consolidating on the back of Enterprises’ investment in Digital Transformation. Gartner lists Glassbox as one of the vendors in the Customer Journey Analytics space, which enables Enterprises to better understand how their Customers are engaging with their organization, across different channels.
