What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
- Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
As an Operations Manager :
- Lead all aspects of office operations at the IL site- leading facilities and vendor management, overseeing supplies, refreshments, and workplace standards, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
- Coordination and organization of employee welfare activities such as Happy Hour, Holiday Toast, etc
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance.
- Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
- Handle employees' travel arrangements
- Support executive leadership
What Will You Need?
- At least 2+ years of experience in global high-tech recruitment.
- At least 2+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or workplace operations, preferably in a tech environment.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends
- Proficient sourcing skills
- Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
- Support budgeting and track expenses related to office operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Professional-level English and proficient Hebrew (both oral and written).
