What You Will Do
- Design and develop sophisticated Java-based backend solutions for large-scale data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Engage in code and design reviews, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, contributing to the stability and reliability of the system
- Remain actively learning and applying new technologies and frameworks in the backend development space
- Embrace the scrum methodology to contribute effectively to team-driven project goals
- Be an active member of a multi-disciplinary scrum team
- Conduct code reviews
What You Will Need
- Over 4 years of experience in Java backend development within a data-intensive environment
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency with NoSQL and SQL databases (Cassandra, PostgreSQL) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA, Git)
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advantageous to have experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch), Python, and Node.js
