What You Will Do
● Implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the company objectives and brand messaging
● Craft and communicate compelling brand narratives to highlight Glassbox as an industry innovator and leader
● Manage corporate social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and engagement with stakeholders
● Identify and utilize effective communication channels and platforms, including emails, newsletters, forums, wikis, etc.
● Assist in developing and executing media relations strategies to increase brand awareness, collaborating with global PR agencies
● Draft internal communications to support corporate priority initiatives
● Create and review content for additional communication channels, such as video and other multimedia formats
● Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts using engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback
● Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and influential figures to identify new opportunities
● Assist in managing Glassbox’s brand identity, including positioning, visual identity, voice, and style guidelines
● Coordinate creative resources to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency in design processes
● Assist in measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and using data to inform future strategies and improve processes
● Identify opportunities for automation or optimization to streamline communication workflows and enhance efficiency

What You Will Need
● 3-4 years of experience in PR, Media or Communications
● Excellent writing and editing skills, with proficiency in AP Style
● B2B technology and/or PR agency experience; internal communications experience a big plus
● Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with executive stakeholders
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with using Adobe Creative suite tools is highly preferred
