Glassbox is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our EMEA Financial Services & Insurance Sales team.

We are Glassbox, a world leader in digital experience analytics, on a mission to deliver frictionless digital journeys to brands and their customers all over the world. 

We are a hyper-growth scale-up that acquired a strong player in the CX field- SessionCam and just IPO’d in June 2021!

What You Will Do 

  • Proactively identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
  • Strategically prospect into Digital, CX and Engineering/IT Leaders to generate pipeline
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Partner with our Solution Engineering team
  • Work closely with the enterprise partner ecosystem to maximize deal sizes
  • Serve as a Glassbox ambassador by attending tradeshows and conferences
  • Participate in our sales and product enablement trainings
  • Work to performance standards set by management


What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing new logos  
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Motivation to cold prospect and generate pipeline 
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful


  • Passionate about growing your career in an exciting market in software (digital experience analytics) 
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN)
  • Familiarity with CX, Web or Mobile App Analytics, Product Analytics and APM technology is a plus
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services & Insurance industry
  • Additional languages
